The project involved the complete refurbishment and alterations to a farm house in Sutton Waldron. As well as complete re-wiring, the property had a new heating system powered by an Air Source Heat pump. A feature Oak frame glazed wall was added to the South Elevation with other doors and windows replaced and a new Kitchen fitted by Guild Anderson.
