This four bedroom new build house on the edge of Stalbridge makes the most of an infill plot with extensive views out over the Blackmore Vale.
The orientation of the building mass and its form works with the natural curve and levels of the site. Principal rooms are positioned to the north side, to maximise the views available as much as possible. The pinnacle is the impressive panorama from the sitting dining room through the fully glazed ground floor central section and from the first floor balcony.
A material palette consisting of coursed square natural stone rubble with ashlar details, render, oak joinery, zinc standing seam roofs and a feature curved natural slate roof result in a well-considered property which sits comfortably within the local vernacular.
