Proctor Watts Cole Rutter can provide the following services:

  • Architecture and Design

PWCR bring a wealth of experience to every project, responding to individual client’s briefs with imagination, innovation, creativity and practicality. We can help to add value, from maximising light and space, improving functionality; increasing the value of a property through good design.

  • Preparing drawings for submission of Planning and Building Regulations applications

We can help guide clients through the complex planning and building regulations, dealing with local authorities on a client’s behalf to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual project.

  • Listed Building and Conservation advice

We have extensive experience of working on Listed Buildings, heritage properties and in Conservation Areas and can help guide clients through the added complexity of planning legislation as well as advising on appropriate building materials and techniques.

  • Sustainable/Low Energy Design and construction advice

We can provide budget cost advice based on experience of similar projects. We work closely with a number of Quantity Surveyors when more detailed cost advice and planning is required. We can also assist in the selection of a reputable builder for obtaining competitive tenders or negotiating a contract.

  • Technical specifications and schedule of works clearly defining the scope of work

Detailed documents that fully describe work on a building project to ensure accurate pricing and clear guidance on site

  • Administer building projects & contracts
