Our clients wished to extend their 1980s brick clad timber framed house to provide additional ground floor accommodation including a larger kitchen and utility, dining area and guest bedroom with ensuite. As well as extending to the rear of the property, we converted half of the double garage to create additional space within the house.
The extension has been constructed using insulated timber frame with matching brick cladding under a tiled roof, with underfloor in the extension and a new fitted kitchen with feature island and granite breakfast bar detail.
