This modern home replaces an existing dilapidated bungalow on the site. Our client wanted a striking modern home with open plan living and good connections with the garden and extensive views beyond.
The property was designed with modern materials including render, composite cladding and Zinc roof with high performance aluminium doors and windows.
The house benefits from underfloor heating throughout, with an air source heat pump and whole house mechanical heat recovery ventilation.
