A unique country residence in a traditional Georgian style while embracing 21st century technology and modern construction. From the timber sash windows with internal shutters, panelled doors and decorative cornices to stone detailing (in local Marnhull Stone) and reclaimed brickwork; the design of every aspect of this new home has been carefully considered, detailed and constructed. All internal and external joinery is bespoke and was manufactured by the builders Joinery Workshop. The property also makes use of under floor heating throughout, which is served by two energy efficient, high temperature air source heat pumps, and incorporates a basement housing plant room.



Sir Ben Ainslie opens new Sports Hall at Sandroyd School

On 12 February 2015  Sandroyd pupils welcomed Sir Ben Ainslie CBE to their school to formally open the new sports hall. The building is purpose built and comprises badminton courts, indoor cricket nets, dance, football, indoor hockey and netball facilities.  The pupils will also enjoy smart new girls and boys changing facilities.

Prince Harry opens new theatre at Ludgrove

On Tuesday 11th November 2014, His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales opened the new theatre at Ludgrove.  The build was overseen by Architect Brian Watts and after months of work, it was extremely exciting to have the spectacular new building officially opened.
